Reliable packaging
Packaging of goods prepared for continental transport must function as a good protection against both mechanical damages as well as specific weather conditions which occur during this kind of transport, i.e. huge humidity with considerable air salinity, often lack of air circulation and significant daily temperature variations.

In Kador company, an individual project is prepared for each of the packed good concerning its specific requirements and ensuring optimum protection while transport. According to client’s wish we use anti-humidity protection from 3 up to 36 months by use of PE foil, ALU foil with limited amount of air (vacuum) and means that desiccants inside or by the use of VCI method (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) which consists in evaporating the inhibitor slowly from the foil that good is wrapped in. Described kinds of protections are used as standard by packing goods transported by sea.

Goods protection in container

Properly protected goods in container are guarantee for delivery goods without damages to the place of destinations (especially when cases are set one above the other).

In order to protect goods inside the container we use a special wooden construction and air dunnage bags which ensures cargo stability.
 

Fitting cases inside the container, which is the last step in packing process, has a huge importance when it comes to security of cargo packed in previous stages.

Omitting this step or doing it improperly might destroy the entire job done in previous stages concerning packing and securing cargo for the transport.

Caring about security of packed goods we place humidity, shock and shift indicators that monitor the state of the cargo and inform about possible borderline crossing, falling or dangerous shifting of the consignment while transport or loading.
