The company was settled in 1982 in Jarkowice.
The main activity profile at that time was metal goods production.


In 1992 the location of the seat changed, the new place was Lomnica nearby the White Snow Mountain. The activity profile has been extended for wooden production.

In 1993 the location has changed – Milkow became a new seat of the company – still in the neighbourhood of Karkonosze Mountains.

The year of 1994 was very important for KADOR as the activity has been extended for export packing in accordance with HPE norms.
 

 

Next few years brought opportunity to get working experience on new markets and building position of good partner in business.
Thanks to the knowledge and experience of the owner Janusz Lebzuch it became possible to get "HPE Verpacker" Certificate in 2001.
As the only one company located beyond the German borders we are the member of HPE association.
In 2003 Janusz Lebzuch has got the highest degree of “HPE Verpacker” that includes:
- anti-corrosion protection
- complex packing to air, ocean and continental transportation
- packing hazardous materials and containers

The HPE Certificate includes also complex consulting concerning static and gravity assign.

 

Drawing upon our skills and knowledge in the scope of devices and industrial machines packing we decided to develop our activity in allied branch.  We extended our range of services, including relocation of machines, devices and technological lines. This gave us the possibility to offer complex logistic services covering dismantling of machines, packing, transport and assembly in new location.

 

In the year 2012 we took over Wood Industry Plant “Człopa” Ltd., gaining advantageously located base, facilitating execution of projects in the north of Poland. We either extended the range of our services in Elbląg division, including inner  transportation, auxiliary works on machine tools and technological devices as well as many other additional works.

 

At present we own two dynamically operating plants – in Miłków and Człopa and also subsidiary department in Elbląg.
